Interested in Art Licensing?

Art licensing allows you to use artwork from my catalog or bespoke art I create for your brand or business. I offer two types of licenses, non-exclusive and exclusive (more below).

When you license my art you are basically leasing it for a period of time for the terms we agree on.

All of the designs available in my Spoonflower Shop can be licensed non-exclusively. I’m also able to create custom art for exclusive projects. Fill out my Licensing Inquiry form to discuss your goals.

Non-Exclusive:

Non-exclusive licensing is when you choose from my existing designs. You choose the manufacturer or printer you like best and can sell the finished goods in the categories we define in our agreement. 

Non-exclusive means that the designs you select may also be licensed to other companies or sold on Print on Demand sites like Spoonflower at the same time. 

Exclusive:

Exclusive licenses mean  I create bespoke art for a specified project and period of time for your brand for specifically defined usage.

With exclusive licenses, I still retain the rights to my work. This means that during our licensing period, if it is not in conflict with our agreement, I can also license my design to a different category of use. (For example, if your company is a yoga apparel company,  I would not license it to competitors, but I could license the design for wallpaper use).

When our license terms end you have the opportunity to “renew your lease” for my design. If you choose not to, the rights of the design and all categories licensed to it will revert back to me

As the artist, I own the rights and copyright of all of my art, designs and derivative work.
